By joining the Malaysian Subcontractors Association (MSCA), whether as an Ordinary Member, Associate Member, Business Member, or through any affiliated platform under the association, all members acknowledge, understand, and agree to abide by the rules, regulations, ethics, disciplinary procedures, and governance of the association.
Please read the following terms carefully. Continued participation, membership, or engagement within MSCA and its platforms shall constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
MSCA reserves the absolute right, authority, and discretion to investigate, highlight, publish, disclose, circulate, warn, or make known any information, complaints, findings, conduct, business dealings, unethical practices, disputes, or behaviour relating to any member, company, contractor, subcontractor, supplier, vendor, or associated party where the association reasonably believes such disclosure is necessary to:
This includes but is not limited to matters involving unprofessional conduct, failure to honour commitments, dishonest business dealings, ethical violations, misrepresentation, serious negligence, financial disputes, poor workmanship, or conduct deemed harmful to the interests, reputation, discipline, unity, or wellbeing of members and the association.
All members expressly agree that the association shall have the right to take disciplinary action, issue warnings, suspend, terminate, expose, or publicly distance itself from any member or organisation found to be acting against the principles, ethics, rules, interests, or reputation of the association.

Members who are found to be acting against the principles, ethics, rules, interests, or reputation of the association may face immediate suspension or termination of membership without prior notice, depending on the severity of the conduct.
MSCA shall endeavour to exercise reasonable due diligence, fairness, and proper internal procedures before taking any serious disciplinary or public action.
However, all members acknowledge that the association's primary responsibility is towards protecting the collective interests, trust, safety, discipline, and wellbeing of its members and the organisation as a whole. The association's duty to protect its members collectively shall always take precedence.
Continued participation, membership, engagement, or involvement within MSCA and its platforms shall constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Members who disagree with the rules, governance, disciplinary standards, or principles of the association are free to discontinue their membership voluntarily.
MSCA is committed to building a disciplined, ethical, professional, and respected community for Malaysian subcontractors and entrepreneurs. These terms exist not to restrict members, but to protect every member equally and ensure the highest standards of professionalism within our community.
Membership in MSCA carries both privileges and responsibilities. Every member plays a vital role in upholding the reputation, discipline, and professionalism of the association and the industry.
