Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your membership application.
All applicants are required to read and agree to the following terms and conditions before submitting their membership application.
All membership applications are subject to the absolute discretion and approval of the MSCA Council. Submission of an application does not constitute automatic acceptance.
MSCA reserves the right to reject, defer, suspend, or decline any application without assigning any reason.
Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate rejection or termination of membership.
All members agree to abide by the Constitution, By-Laws, Policies, Rules, Regulations, and Code of Conduct of MSCA as amended from time to time.
Members shall conduct themselves in a professional, ethical, and responsible manner and shall not engage in activities that may damage the reputation of the association or its members.
Members acknowledge that MSCA may investigate complaints, disputes, unethical conduct, or matters affecting the welfare of members and may take appropriate actions in accordance with its internal procedures.
Members agree that MSCA reserves the right to publish advisories, caution notices, disciplinary findings, or professional conduct concerns where the Council reasonably believes such publication is necessary to protect the interests of members and the association, subject to applicable laws and internal review procedures.
MSCA reserves the right to suspend, revoke, terminate, or refuse renewal of membership for breaches of association rules, unethical conduct, misconduct, or actions deemed detrimental to the association.
Membership does not guarantee contracts, tenders, referrals, business opportunities, grants, funding, or any specific commercial benefit. Such opportunities may arise through networking and participation only.
By submitting this application and accepting membership, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all membership terms, conditions, policies, and decisions of the association, and agree to be bound by them at all times.
